Viewers have recently seen Stan
confide in his daughter Tina and 'son' Mick over his wishes for them to help him die.
Although
Stan has since changed his mind about euthanasia, he soon finds his
decision wavering when he overhears Tina asking Sonia some pertinent
questions about painkillers.
As Stan's condition continues to
deteriorate, Tina finds herself at the centre of a family debate as
everyone has a different opinion on what is best for Stan.

When Mick decides to go to Stan's radiotherapy appointment, he comes to
blows with Tina and reminds her that what Stan is asking is unfair as
there are other ways to help him.
Later at The Vic, Stan's
secret plans to die come to light but Tina's hopes for support are
quickly dashed by an unsympathetic Mick who calls a family vote.
However, with Shirley and Mick distracted over the latest Dean dramas,
Tina is left on her own to contemplate whether Stan's pain should be
ended for good.
As Stan continues to beg Tina to help him die, a conflicted Tina finally makes a decision, but what is it?
