Next month sees Karen celebrate her birthday and receive a surprise when Rob's present to her is a zoo experience day.
Karen is delighted with the unusual gift, but her colleagues at The Mill are less impressed and aren't afraid to share their belief that it's an awful gesture!
Unfortunately for Karen, it seems that her workmates were right to be sceptical when she ends up having a terrible day at the zoo.
Karen has unpleasant encounters with a range of animals and even ends up getting covered in giraffe poo.
Morley appears in the episode as 'Clive the Keeper', one of the zoo staff to interact with Karen during her nightmare day.
The episode was filmed late last year, before Morley's appearance on Channel 5's Celebrity Big Brother.
