Emmerdale's Rachel Breckle will leave the village with her young son Archie next week after she is offered a job in Luton.

Rachel is left with a big decision to make after her job search results in her being offered work away from Yorkshire.

Rachel's news is met with a mixed reaction from the village residents, while her sister Ali is devastated, Tracy Shankley is delighted, believing Sam will finally be able to move on.

Will Sam be able to convince Rachel not to leave?

Determined to keep her sister in the area, Ali goes to see Sam to appeal for his help, but her visit leaves him feeling confused.

However, one person who Rachel has been unable to inform about her departure is Archie's dad Jai. Although Megan is shocked when she hears that Rachel is leaving, she can't bring herself to break the news to Jai.

Ali is full of emotion as Rachel says her goodbyes and leaves with Archie, but will she be back? And how will Jai react when he finds out?
