Viewers know that troubled Jason has been suffering from body dysmorphia over the past few months, and
he subsequently developed an eating disorder due to his ongoing concern
over his appearance.

With him now seeking help at an eating disorder clinic, Jason will
start to bond with fellow patient Leon and is delighted to have a true
friend at last.
However, it soon becomes clear that Leon is not a good influence on a recovering Jason when he offers him fat-burning pills.
Robbie
later goes to see his brother in the clinic, and the visit ends badly
when Robbie and Leon lock horns. Could Leon hinder Jason's recovery?
