Hollyoaks teens Peri Lomax and Tom Cunningham are forced to face up to the reality of impending parenthood next week after a school experiment leaves them panic-stricken.

Peri has recently taken centre stage in a big storyline that saw her discover she was ten weeks pregnant, having slept with her boyfriend Tom late last year.

Although the pair are currently keeping their families in the dark over their ordeal, reality begins to hit when Patrick teaches a school sex education lesson with interactive dolls.

As Peri and Tom struggle to look after their doll, the experience gives them a big wake-up call and Peri later tells Tom that she doesn't think she can go through with the pregnancy.

With Peri's mind full of doubts, Kim Butterfield tells her and Tom that they need to decide what they're going to do and fast.

Later, Peri and Nico go to the hospital to enquire about a termination, but will Peri be able to go through with it?
