Sinead's progress is clear for all to see next week as she
manages to walk a few steps with the aid of crutches at the hospital.
Sinead's
friend Sam is by her side for the big moment, but her
boyfriend Chesney can't help feeling a pang of jealousy when he
witnesses their close bond.

Despite this, it's Chesney that Sinead hugs with elation
when the doctor reveals that she is finally ready to return home to the
Street.
Although relieved by her progress, Sinead also feels
nervous about the prospect of arriving back on the cobbles when there is
still a way to go with her recovery. As Sam continues to offer his
moral support, will Chesney support their friendship?
