However,
Kat is currently unaware of the crucial information Sister Ruth and
Sister Judith both know about her past, after their birth records confirmed that she gave birth to twins in 1984.
Upcoming
episodes will see Kat and Alfie continue their
preparations to start a new life together, but it will soon become clear
that Kat is worried the plans will fall through.

with the move, not wanting to jeopardise his and Kat's newfound
