Emmerdale, Robert Sugden endangers another one of Aaron Livesy's loved ones.

Robert sets his sinister sights on Paddy Kirk after the vet threatens to expose his on-off affair with Aaron.

The trouble begins when Robert and Aaron give into temptation by reigniting their relationship, a decision which doesn't stay secret for long when Paddy catches them together.

Robert secretly switches the grain auger on

Knowing that he won't be able to get through to Aaron, a determined Paddy tries a different tactic to come between the pair by sending a secret note to Robert's wife Chrissie which reads: "Rein your cheating husband in."

When Chrissie confronts him over the note, Robert brushes it off as a silly joke, but he is furious when he realises that Paddy is responsible.

After an angry showdown with Paddy, vengeful Robert spies an opportunity to silence him for good when he accidentally falls into a grain pit while treating a calf at Butlers Farm.

Lurking from afar, Robert spots that Paddy is trapped and secretly flicks the grain auger on. Paddy screams for help as the grain starts to flow and fills up the pit with him in it, but his desperate cries go unheard over the noise of the machine...
