Although
she left with the intention of living with her daughter Tanya, recent
episodes have implied that did not go to plan, and upcoming scenes will
see her spotted in a local homeless shelter.
After Jane offers to
drive Carol and Abi to the location, they do not get the reaction they
were expecting when Cora attempts to run away after seeing them.

Although Cora initially refuses to return to the Square, she eventually changes her mind after an emotional plea from Jane.
However,
on arriving back, Cora's struggle continues as she refuses to open up
to her family or accept that they care about her. Will anyone be able to
change her mind?
