Although Shabnam previously
had no intention of getting to know Jade, she will have a change of
heart as she and Kush Kazemi take first steps at moving on with their
lives following the tragic death of their baby son Zaair.

Following a difficult run-in with her pregnant friend Stacey Branning,
Shabnam decides to dismantle Zaair's cot with the help of Kush, but
later spots Jade arriving at the Carters'.
After seeing Jade,
Shabnam confides in Kush that she is worried for her daughter and wants
her back so that she can take care of her instead of the Carters.

Although Shabnam insists that this has nothing to do with Zaair's death,
Kush is unhappy about the idea and refuses to accept it.
Ignoring
Kush's concerns, Shabnam later finds herself telling the social worker
she wants Jade to live with her. Is she making the right decision?
