Neighbours - Disaster will strike once again as Sheila Canning's ongoing guilt about leaving Toadie Rebechhi in the fire leads to worrying consequences.

Sheila deals with the fallout of her decision but her guilt will start to manifest itself with physical symptoms.

Later, the stress of recent events finally take their toll on Sheila and she has a serious health episode, with disastrous consequences as she knocks over Ben Kirk in her car.

Luckily, Ben manages to escape from the incident relatively unscathed, but Sheila is then left to face his angry grandfather Karl, who tells her that it's time to face up to the source of her stress, her guilt over abandoning Toadie in the school fire.

Taking Karl's advice, Sheila decides to admit all to Toadie who graciously forgives her. When she later goes over to check on Ben, she tells him about her unburdening of her guilt and how she feels much better for it.

With Sheila's words ringing in his ear, Ben does a little unburdening himself, admitting to Susan that he was the one to start the school fire. What will Susan do with his confession?
