Mick and Linda will be relieved when
Elaine gets involved in the Community Christmas show, but when her
glitzy idea is outvoted in favour of Dot Branning's nativity, she will
decide to focus her efforts back on planning their wedding instead.
As
Dot starts to hold auditions for the nativity play, a desperate Mick
pleads with her to let Elaine help, keen to keep her out of the way.
After
Dot reluctantly agrees, she immediately regrets her decision when
Elaine quickly gets too big for her boots and tells Billy that Janet is
too old to be in the play.
With Dot disagreeing, Mick is left to make the final decision and Janet is eventually offered the role of the Angel Gabriel.
However, when Billy panics that the role might be too much for her to
take on, it's down to Elaine to try and prove him otherwise. Will she
change his mind?
