With Mrs Tembe out of the way, Anthony's frustration grows as he's forced to deal with more dramas involving Ayesha, who is once again focused on helping her mum Bren beat the booze.
When Ayesha skips her house calls one day to check on Bren, she's horrified to find her drinking again, but mum and daughter end up reminiscing about old times. This leads to Anthony receiving angry calls from patients about Ayesha not turning up as scheduled.
Calling Ayesha, an unimpressed Anthony tells her to take the rest of the day off, but orders her to be back on form the next day. It's her final warning...
