EastEnders - Jane Beale returns home, but she will struggle to come to terms with her new life.

With Jane's prognosis still uncertain, her family will go to great lengths to make her homecoming possible as they make the final preparations.

  

However, when Jane finally does return home, the reality of her situation will dawn on her as she struggles to cope with her life the way it is now. 

Ian will undoubtedly be on hand to support Jane through the process, but will the pressure start to become too much for the Beales?
