Emmerdale - Lawrence White will turn violent with his grandson Lachlan in the aftermath of the revelation about his secret past.

Lawrence's marriage to Bernice is currently hanging in the balance after his relationship with Ronnie Hale was exposed and he will take his anger out on Lachlan, who's already furious with him for kicking him and his mum Chrissie out of Home Farm.

When a hungover Lawrence wakes up to the sound of revving outside, he goes to investigate and finds Lachlan hitting back by destroying the lawn in one of his classic cars.

Although annoyed, Lawrence tells Lachlan he doesn't care, prompting Lachlan to retort by accusing him of throwing a tantrum just because he's gay.

Outraged by Lachlan's words, Lawrence slaps him, but although his violence action shock him, it doesn't serve to make Lawrence re-evaluate his behaviour and he steps it up a gear after he watches the hurt teen speed off.

Following his run-in with Lachlan, Lawrence decides to stir up trouble for his daughter Chrissie and tells her that Andy knew the truth about Ronnie but lied to her about it in order to protect his ex, Bernice.

Lawrence later makes a call to his lawyer to start the ball rolling on divorcing Bernice, before arriving at the salon and telling her she's evicted.

With Lawrence intent on pushing his loved ones as far away as possible, will he be able to see sense before it's too late?
