Warren finds himself under pressure when sleazy lawyer James Nightingale continues to demand the money he's owed for getting him out of prison.
With James's warnings hitting home, Warren becomes troubled by the contents of a wooden box at his flat. Maxine then comes to visit him, so he once again tries to convince her to tell him the truth about Patrick's death.
As they talk, clumsy Maxine accidentally knocks the wooden box from the shelf, breaking some of the contents inside.
Warren is furious over the accident and grabs Maxine in anger, causing terrible memories of Patrick's abuse to flood back.
An inconsolable Maxine rushes out of the flat, but what was so special about the box she broke?
