Belinda arrives back in
Erinsborough this week as part of a twisted scheme from Paul Robinson,
who is desperate to break up Steph's relationship with Mark Brennan.
Although
Belinda spends a few days biding her time, she is spurred on to take
action when Paul urges her to persist with her efforts to win Steph back.
When Belinda shows up unexpectedly with wine
and flowers, Steph is happy to take a friendly trip down memory lane as
they bond over their past.
However, when Belinda misreads Steph's welcoming attitude for something much more, she can't resist going in for a kiss.
To
make matters even worse, Steph's son Charlie also
witnesses the whole thing, leaving him completely flummoxed over what's
going on with his mum's love life this time.
After sternly warning Belinda to back off,
Steph then has to go into damage control with her loved ones as she
realises that Charlie saw everything.
Knowing
she can't expect Charlie to keep this a secret, Steph reluctantly tells
Mark what happened and they present a united front as they then try to
explain the tricky situation to the youngster.
Steph
assures Charlie that her future is with Mark, but is this overly
optimistic as Mark secretly battles with his own insecurities over
Belinda?
