EastEnders' Kim Fox will go into premature labour next week as part of the BBC soap's anniversary celebrations.

The unexpected turn of events take place as Kim attends Ian and Jane Beale's wedding, confident that her baby isn't due for a while yet.

However, Denise will later find an extremely distressed Kim in the cubicles of The Vic and it soon becomes clear the baby is coming a lot sooner than she thought.
