When Shirley returns to work at The Vic, Nancy feels on edge and decides to push her dad for answers.
Approaching Mick, a worried and frustrated Nancy demands to know the truth about what happened between him and Dean.
Later,
when Mick plans a surprise for Linda and enlists the help of Nancy, Lee
and Elaine, Nancy grows more frustrated than ever and sabotages the
day.

When Elaine arrives to distract Linda with a trip to see
Miss Saigon,
Nancy intercepts them at the tube station and tells Linda that Elaine
might be in on his lies about Dean, causing Linda to storm back to The
Vic.
After Linda's surprised is ruined, Mick is angry with Nancy
and tires of her constant questioning - but what has Mick really done to
Dean?
