Peggy Mitchell will come to Dot Branning's rescue when she returns to Walford in EastEnders next week.

Peggy, played by Barbara Windsor, is returning to Walford for one episode which will air as part of the BBC soap's 30th anniversary celebrations.

While Peggy has other reasons for heading back to Albert Square, she can't resist paying a visit to The Vic where she comes face-to-face with the pub's new landlord Mick Carter.

However, Peggy has bigger things on her mind after she heads off to Dot's on her mission, but is stopped in her tracks by the state of her old friend.
