Upcoming episodes will see Masood becoming protective of his daughter Shabnam (Rakhee Thakrar) after she breaks up with Kush Kazemi.
With
a heartbroken Shabnam refusing to answer Kush's calls and unable to
deal with the situation, she finds herself turning to Masood for help.
After
warning Kush to back off, Masood reveals to Shabnam he has arranged a
meeting about buying the Argee Bhajee, much to her surprise.

However, on his way to the meeting, Masood bumps into Patrick Trueman and is asked to go to the bookies to bet on the races.
When the meeting doesn't go as planned, a disappointed Masood decides to cheer himself up by taking an uncharacteristic risk.
Later,
when a more positive Shabnam decides it is time to face Kush, she heads
to The Vic for Donna's party. Left on his own, Masood makes another
risky decision, but what is it? And is he heading down a dangerous path?
