Viewers have been left wondering what Kim and Joe are hiding as there have been several hints to suggest that they are harbouring a secret.
Upcoming scenes will see Kim reveal a dark secret to Nancy about her
and Joe, explaining that she slept with him on the night of Joe and
Lindsey's engagement party when she was 16.
Although Nancy tries to give Kim advice on the situation, Kim is keen to forget about what happened and move on.
