Scenes to be aired next week will see an emotional Kim tearfully confess to Denise that she has been lying about everything that has happened to her over the last few months.
Kim then comes clean to Denise about Vincent and the secrets she has been hiding, leaving her sister shocked.
Later, Vincent watches an oblivious Kim from the Square, but what has she been hiding about him?
