Ray is feeling insecure and inadequate around his rich girlfriend Laura Cowley as she celebrates her birthday with her friends, so he books an appointment at Daniel's clinic.
His decision proves to be awkward for Laura as she already sees Daniel for injections and doesn't want Ray to know.
When the couple arrive for an appointment, Daniel assumes the booking is a present for Laura but is surprised when Ray admits that it's actually for him.
As the story develops, Daniel uncovers evidence that Ray has resorted to other desperate measures in order to keep Laura happy. Just how far has he gone?
