After Mariam tells Sienna Blake an important secret, Dr S'avage visits Sienna himself so she can hear his side of the story.
Although
he manages to win Sienna over, she soon changes her mind when she meets
up with Mariam and is persuaded to turn on Dr S'avage again.

Later, Sienna and Mariam track down Dr S'avage at the hospital armed
with the evidence of his big secret, and Mariam poses as hospital staff
to gain access to her former husband's records.
Mariam is
suspicious about what she finds and comes to the conclusion that he's a
murderer, but when Dr S'avage catches her in his office, he tempts her
with a bottle of whiskey, distracting her from her findings.

As Mariam escapes from Dr S'avage's office, she bumps into Tegan Lomax
for the first time since the baby swap, prompting Tegan to see red.
Following her run-in with Tegan, Mariam heads back to Dr S'avage's office and starts printing off his records.

It looks as if Mariam's suspicions could be correct when Dr S'avage's
briefcase almost reveals the hospital gloves, as he meets with Dirk in
The Dog.
The gloves match those worn by the Gloved Hand, but is Dr S'avage really the killer?
