Determined to help her, Roy arrives at Cathy's place bearing bin bags in a bid to persuade her to start de-cluttering her house.

However, unaware that she has a hoarding problem, Cathy
refuses Roy's help, prompting Carla to advise him to leave her alone for
good.
Later, Cathy has a change of heart over the way she
treated Roy and apologises to him, asking if he will help her clear the
rubbish out of her house after all.
After returning to Cathy's
house, Roy surveys the piles of mess and forms a plan, while Cathy does
her best to share his enthusiasm.
