Viewers recently saw Phil sign the bar over to Vincent Hubbard and upcoming episodes will see Sharon strike up a deal with him, allowing them to run it together.
However,
Vincent's wife Kim has ideas of her own and tensions
will run high next week as she insists that her cocktails should go on
the menu.
Sharon
is unhappy over Kim's interference, but after some encouragement from
Phil, she decides to fight for the bar she built and comes up with an
idea.

Sharon suggests to Kim that they hold a cocktail competition, but it
soon becomes clear that both women are planning to play dirty when their
families arrive.
With neither Sharon or Kim willing to accept
defeat, Sharon later comes up with a proposition for Kim following
further encouragement from Phil.
Sharon suggests that they open a separate bar upstairs and whoever is more successful can run The Albert, but who will triumph?
