The obsessed nurse is currently being fooled by Grace's attempts to fake
a romantic interest in her, but keeping up the façade starts to become
increasingly difficult for Grace in upcoming episodes.

Wanting
to give Grace an alibi for some time away from the
village, Kim even calls the gangster's partner Trevor Royle and lies
that Grace has won a spa weekend in a newspaper competition.
When
the scam doesn't have immediate results, Kim resorts to Plan B by using
The Loft's grand re-opening to her advantage, plastering the walls
with photos which show her and Grace kissing.
Grace spots the
incriminating pictures and rips them down just in time, but when she
confronts Kim over her erratic behaviour, they end up kissing
passionately again and someone finally catches them. Will Grace have to
come clean to Trevor as a result?

Later in the week, Kim's next shocking plan plays out as she becomes
desperate for her girlfriend Esther Bloom to give birth as soon as
possible, believing that she and Grace can run away with the baby
afterwards.
Cunning Kim spikes Esther's drink with a drug that
induces labour, but her actions could have bigger consequences than
expected when Esther and Sinead go off to Grace's fake spa weekend.
Taking
Trevor's car, they're blissfully unaware that Dylan has tampered with
the vehicle in an act of revenge against his father. Is there a dramatic
birth on the way for Esther as a result?
