Coronation Street - Audrey Roberts will suffer a terrifying health scare just as it looks like romance could finally be blossoming between her and Ken Barlow.

Ken asks Audrey out for a drink, following his break up with Nessa Warner.

Although a flustered Audrey initially declines, the pair agree to meet up the following day instead. However, tragedy strikes when Audrey later suffers chest pains and collapses.

Ken pops into the salon to remind Audrey of their drink and is horrified to find her slumped in a chair.

Immediately rushing to her aid, Ken phones for an ambulance but the emotionally charged moment prompts Audrey to consider revealing her feelings.

Audrey is relieved to hear at the hospital that it was an angina attack but when Ken later visits her at home, keen to discuss her feelings, will Audrey be quite so ready to open up?
