EastEnders - Stacey Branning heads to the Queen Vic roof in a bid to be closer to God.

With the rest of the Slater family distracted over Charlie's sudden death, it's down to Stacey's partner Martin to step up as he starts to realise just how much she is struggling.

After Stacey heads to the Queen Vic roof with Arthur, Nancy Carter and Tamwar Masood soon hear a crying baby and are alarmed when they realise what is happening.

As Tamwar rushes to find Martin, Nancy soon realises all is not well after she approaches Stacey, but is told to leave when Martin arrives on the scene.

Desperate to get Stacey and Arthur to safety, Martin tries to convince her that he will take care of them both, but is left shocked when Stacey tells him that Arthur is not his son, he is God's.

Martin manages to gain Stacey's trust by pretending to share her delusion and she eventually hands Arthur over to him. However, his relief is shortlived when Stacey slips - nearly falling from the roof.

Although Martin manages to grab her just in time, he soon finds himself being questioned by Nancy, who is deeply concerned about Stacey's state of mind.

Martin is quick to dismiss Nancy's concerns, but it's clear that he fears he is out of his depth as they arrive home. Desperate to keep Stacey out of danger, he promises not to leave her alone but begins to panic when he realises that her psychosis is still intense.

Knowing that Stacey needs professional help, Martin continues to struggle with his loyalties, but decides to keep his fears to himself.

After being probed by Nancy once again, Martin continues to keep his concerns to himself, but later considers coming clean to Alfie Moon. Will Martin be able to step up and get Stacey the help she desperately needs?
