After listening in to Cindy's complaints, James cheekily introduces himself as her new lawyer and Fairy Godfather, promising to fix everything for her.
After speaking to James, Cindy is spurred on to demand half of everything that Mac has. The Nightingales come out fighting in response, threatening to go to the police with Cindy's fake annulment papers if she causes any trouble.
Although Cindy comes up with a cunning way to seize the papers back, she later gets cold feet and tells James that she wants to drop the case against Mac.
