After days of trying to make Mrs Tembe's life at work as difficult as possible, Anthony plays his ace card by convincing another surgery to take her on as an assistant practice manager.
Feeling defeated, Mrs Tembe accepts the job offer and Anthony makes it clear that he doesn't expect her to work her notice period.
Mrs Tembe's friends and colleagues can't believe their ears when they hear that she'll be leaving with immediate effect, so they set straight to work on giving her a fitting send-off. But will it really be the last they see of Mrs Tembe?
