Nico is also making a deadly plan of her own when she gets the crazy idea of killing Theresa McQueen so that she can have her kidney, knowing that the one Theresa previously donated to her is failing.
Nico spikes a bottle of wine with the intention of giving it to Theresa. She later changes her mind about killing her, but it's too late when Theresa drinks the wine anyway and collapses.
Sienna is forced to deal with her daughter's latest mess when she finds out what's going on, so she rings an ambulance for Theresa before turning to Trevor for help.
When Nico hears Sienna on the phone to Trevor, she mistakenly assumes that her mum is finally telling Ben Bradley the truth about Carly's death. This sparks a huge showdown between the pair as Nico's evil side re-emerges again.
Not long afterwards, Trevor finally responds to Sienna's voicemail and rushes off to find her, only to find Grace standing over Sienna's lifeless body.
