The pair get off on the right foot when they compliment each other on their recent work, but Zara is still reserving judgement until she sees a bit more of Anthony.
Later that day, a partners meeting is called and Zara is very impressed when Anthony puts forward some ambitious new ideas for The Mill's future, as well as approving one of her own.
Zara soon gives Anthony her seal of approval as she praises his radical plans for the practice and hails him as exactly what The Mill needs. But with Mrs Tembe gone and Heston Carter now starting to feel sidelined too, is there trouble afoot?
