When Gary starts putting on pressure for quick results, Franc promises to destroy The Mill within two days, but has no idea how he will manage it.
Fortunately for him, Franc gets a flash of inspiration when he overhears Mrs Tembe complaining to Al Haskey about him causing a fire hazard by smoking directly outside the building.
Once everyone has left work for the day, Franc lurks behind and starts a fire at The Mill. He then keeps his fingers crossed that not only will this shut down the health centre for good, but Al will get the blame for what happened...
