Two new developments come to light next week when Phoebe reads a
shocking extract from Mercedes's diary, and a blood-stained shirt of
Freddie's is found.
With Lindsey preparing a naming ceremony for
Joe Junior, Freddie is determined to prove his
innocence and he goes with Lindsey to meet stripper Chelsea.
The couple are unaware that Chelsea's brother Dan is waiting for them and he grabs Lindsey, mistakenly thinking she is Grace.

Later, Freddie and Lindsey overhear the police
explaining that they have found a body matching Mercedes's description.
With Grace still determined to get revenge on Freddie, she then tells
Joe that he killed Fraser and asks for his help in setting up Freddie.
Meanwhile, Phoebe stumbles across Mercedes's diary and starts to read it, hoping it can provide the family with more answers.
Phoebe is shocked to read an extract which reveals that Freddie was threatening Mercedes and trying to run her out of town.
Following the new developments, DS Thorpe and his team arrive to search
Lindsey and Freddie's flat and Lindsey is horrified when Thorpe finds a
blood-stained shirt belonging to Freddie.
Worried that the game
is finally up, Freddie makes the decision to flee the village. Spotting
an opportunity to get closer to Lindsey following his brother's
departure, Joe asks her to move in with him, but what will she say?
