Home and Away, Sophie Taylor finally realises that she needs to leave Nate Cooper behind as she faces up to the consequences of her actions.

Sophie was responsible for causing the devastating road incident after her erratic behaviour caused Nate to lose control of his vehicle.

As the reality of what she has done starts to sink in, Sophie wanders around the hospital crying as she watches the calamity she has caused.

Later, Nate gets a call from Sophie asking him to meet her at the beach but when he turns up, Sophie tells him that she has called the police and told them that she was responsible for the accident.

Nate persuades her to seek psychological help, explaining that she wasn't thinking straight at the time but as the police arrive to take Sophie away, she tells Nate that she's not his problem anymore.

Sophie tells Nate she has called the police.

Sophie and Nate say their goodbyes.
