They are yet
to get engaged in the show but fans should expect the couple, who
originally dated in secret, to enjoy engagement drinks at The Dog next
month.
And
on Friday Lindsey, previously engaged to Freddie's older brother Joe, was pictured on set in a wedding gown as she met her
new fiancé at the alter to finally tie the knot.
It's not yet clear when the wedding will air.
It
looked like the Roscoe-Butterfield wedding was to be a traditional one
as the Hollyoaks stars approached along a stone path and looked to
arrange themselves inside a church.
Lindsey's
bridal party seemed to include Cindy Cunningham in a
floor-length, blue gown fit for a bridesmaid and also Maxine Minniver.
As
Lindsey's best friend, Maxine is expected to assume the duties of Maid
of Honour in the wedding and was seen making sure to help escort the
bride to the chapel while still in her slouchy clothes and full make-up
before getting into her own dress.
It was likely to be a bittersweet day for mother-to-be Sinead, who was previously married to Freddie herself.
Unlike
most soap weddings, this one appeared to be going without a hitch and
each member of the cast was smiley, without a concern that the wedding
wouldn't go ahead.
One person that was noticeably absent was Joe, who fans will know to be currently framing his younger
brother Freddie for the murder of Mercedes McQueen.
