Matt will be left fighting for his life when mechanic Danni Ferguson hits him when she is distracted due to texting while driving.
The
shocking events kick off after Brad learns from his wife
Terese that Matt has betrayed Lauren by kissing another woman.
Although
Terese warns Brad not to get involved, he is later unnerved to learn
from Lauren that she and Matt have promised each other that there will
be no more secrets.
Knowing he can't keep quiet, Brad heads off to confront Matt and the pair soon end up having words in the middle of the street.

However, with the two men distracted by the argument, neither of them are paying attention when a car speeds towards them.
When
the car swerves towards Brad, Matt thinks instinctively and quickly
pushes Brad out of the way, taking the full force of the vehicle
himself.
As the car drives off, Brad is horrified as he sees Matt's lifeless body lying in the road. Will Matt survive?
