EastEnders, Stan's death leads to rows and repercussions among the various Carter family members.

Stan will pass away peacefully in this Friday's episode, leaving his loved ones devastated as they struggle to come to terms with the sad news.

Shirley is the only person by Stan's side as he takes his last breath, so it's left to her to break the news to the rest of the family.

Unfortunately, the Carters are so distracted by their own grief that they forget to tell Stan's partner Cora Cross what has happened, leaving her furious when she heads to the hospice and hears of Stan's death second-hand.

Back at the Queen Vic, Cora angrily confronts the Carters and makes some big accusations, causing Mick to snap as it's the last thing he needs at such a difficult time.

Later in the week, the Carters clash again when Buster offers to pay for Stan's funeral and Mick stubbornly insists on footing half the bill.

With Linda growing fed up with so much tension within the family, she tries to get things back on track by inviting Shirley and Buster over for a meal.

To everyone's surprise, the gathering initially goes well as everyone manages to get along - until Linda receives some bad news which sends the Carters straight back to square one...
