EastEnders, Ronnie Mitchell awake and talking following a long-awaited improvement in her condition at the hospital.

Ronnie's loved ones are shocked next week as they hear that she has started to speak again and wants a visit from her sister Roxy.

Although Roxy is naturally relieved that Ronnie is recovering well, she also starts to panic as she fears that Ronnie could know the truth about her recent betrayal.

Roxy slept with Ronnie's husband Charlie Cotton when her sibling was in a coma, and the pair later made the mistake of discussing their secret at Ronnie's bedside just as she was briefly regaining consciousness.

Viewers will have to wait and see whether Ronnie does remember the conversation, but with Roxy's partner Aleks Shirovs about to discover the truth, there's double the chance that the secret could be exposed to all.
