Viewers know that Amber has been left unsure over whether her fiancé Daniel Robinson is
actually her baby's father, following a one-night stand with her old
flame Josh Willis.
As the day of the paternity test results arrives, Daniel is keen to keep a very anxious Amber distracted.
Amber is also reeling in the wake of her fallout with Imogen, who is
disgusted over her treatment of both Daniel and Josh, but Daniel urges
Imogen to support her friend through the difficult time.

After Amber and Imogen reconcile, Amber asks Daniel about the role he
played in getting their friendship back on track and the pair share a
loving moment.
Daniel takes this opportunity to tell Amber that
he will always support her no matter what the result is, but as the
couple head to the hospital for the results, it is clear Daniel is
doubting his own conviction.
Meanwhile, Josh is also fretting
about the test results, aware his life could be about to change forever,
and he seeks advice from Karl Kennedy.
As Amber, Daniel and Josh
gather in Karl's office to receive the results of the paternity test,
all three of them nervously await the news.
However, when Karl
reveals that Josh is the father of Amber's baby, it is clear that they
all facing a very uncertain future. Will Daniel and Amber's relationship
be able to survive this?
