Carol's plans with her brother Max Branning and grandson Liam Butcher
are stopped in their tracks when she receives a letter from the hospital
informing her of the surgery.
With the letter playing on her mind, Carol grows irritated at the bickering in the Butcher household and soon snaps at Liam and Tina.
