EastEnders, Phil Mitchell will fight to get Lola Pearce her job back after she is sacked by Dean Wicks.

With business at Blades struggling, Dean is furious to hear that Lola left her shift to go for drinks at The Albert.

Wanting to teach Lola a lesson, an angry Dean decides to fire her and hires newcomer Paul Coker as the new trainee.

However, Phil feels guilty after learning that Lola has lost her job, knowing that she only went to The Albert to support his wife Sharon.

When the calm approach doesn't work with Dean, Phil decides to fix it his way and confronts Shirley.
