Kim become suspicious of the pair, but she will eventually learn the truth after Ronnie decides to come clean with at least part of the story.
Following the latest problem in her marriage, Kim decides to confide in her sister Denise over her fears and promises to talk to Vincent properly.
However, it soon becomes clear that all is not as it seems when Kim
agrees to go to The Vic with Vincent regardless of her discovery.
Although
Vincent is relieved that Kim appears to be acting normally with him in
light of Ronnie's revelation, Denise is furious and believes that she
has been manipulated once again.
Despite Kim's insistence that
she is dealing with the situation in her own way, Denise can see through
her sister's efforts as she attempts to carry on as normal.
After
confronting Kim, Denise is left even more angry when she learns that
Vincent's mystery woman was Ronnie and subsequently comes to blows with
Roxy.
Later, after some words of advice from Claudette, Kim decides to finally
put Vincent in his place, but she is left confused when he suddenly
leaves.
Under the impression Vincent has left her, a broken Kim
is comforted by Denise and Patrick. However, Kim's mood is soon lifted
when Vincent reappears with the news that he has bought a house for his
family.
An excited Kim accepts the gift, but her happiness is
soon left in jeopardy when Patrick and Denise share a harsh reality with
her. Whose side will Kim take?
