Chrissie will frame Andy for shooting her father Lawrence, a crime that was actually committed by Lachlan.
Lachlan
lets his dark side re-emerge after weeks of family dramas finally take
their toll on him, but his actions could have bigger consequences than
anyone expected when Chrissie launches a joint plan to protect him and
get her revenge on Andy in the process.
Chrissie's
initial objective following the shooting is merely to stop Lachlan from
going to prison as she ensures that she locates the gun's hiding
place before the police do. However, her priorities soon change when she
overhears Andy leaving a message for Bernice on the phone and
realises the pair slept together.
Seizing a perfect opportunity to
protect Lachlan and get revenge on her partner, Chrissie soon puts her
plan into action and it doesn't take long for a horrified Andy to be
arrested.
Chrissie's scheme steps up a gear
following Andy's arrest as she pretends to be distraught over the latest
turn of events and promises him that she has hired Rakesh to take on
the case.
However, as Andy starts to panic
when the evidence piles up against him, Chrissie visits Lawrence when he
wakes up in hospital and begs him not to say anything about what
Lachlan did. Will Lawrence play along with the plan too?
