Sinead will be given a scare after she is knocked during an altercation between the Roscoe brothers and her waters break as a result.
The fight breaks out after Joe arrives at the church as Freddie and Lindsey are about to say their vows.
With
Freddie furious to see his brother there, things quickly get heated
between them, causing Sinead to get knocked to the ground.

After being rushed into hospital, Sinead is frustrated when she learns
that her labour could still be a while off. Once back at home, a highly
emotional Sinead kisses Ste...
Later, Sinead will give birth for
real on kitchen floor of The Hutch as Diane, Scott and Ste all remain by
her side to support her.
However, following their previous
kiss, Sinead misinterprets Ste's support for feelings of love for her as
she gives birth to his baby. Could there be more trouble brewing?
